A UHNW family based in Bal Harbour, Miami is looking for an experienced bilingual English/Spanish-speaking Nanny to join their established childcare team. With five young children and a fully staffed household, this is a collaborative role where you’ll work alongside another full-time nanny and household staff to ensure the children’s days run smoothly. The family is looking for someone who is energetic, organized, and genuinely enjoys being part of a busy household, while providing nurturing, attentive care and helping the children thrive.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who enjoys teamwork and understands the rhythm of a large family. Your focus will be on supporting the children’s daily routines, encouraging their development through play and meaningful interactions, and helping maintain a calm, well-organized environment. Flexibility is important, as the family travels throughout the year and occasional overnight care may be required when the parents are away. Private accommodations are available for candidates who prefer a live-in arrangement.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm
Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily care and routines of five young children
Support age-appropriate developmental milestones through engaging activities and play
Help prepare the children for school and daily activities
Organize children’s bedrooms, playrooms, clothing, and personal belongings
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Complete light child-related housekeeping duties
Provide additional meal preparation and kitchen support as needed
Work collaboratively with parents, the other full-time nanny, and household staff
Help maintain consistent routines, structure, and a positive environment
Drive the children to school, activities, appointments, and outings
Travel domestically and internationally with the family when required
Provide occasional overnight care while the parents are traveling
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Previous professional nanny experience, ideally within a fully staffed or private household
Comfortable working as part of a collaborative childcare team
Experience caring for multiple young children
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Flexible and available for domestic and international travel
Comfortable providing occasional overnight care
Professional, organized, and highly reliable
Excellent references from previous employers
Legal authorization to work in the United States
