A family in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Full-Time Nanny to care for their three children, ages 6, 4, and 2. The ideal candidate is a nurturing, organised, and energetic childcare professional who enjoys working with children at different developmental stages. The family is looking for someone who can create a fun, structured environment while encouraging learning, creativity, and independence through engaging daily activities.
The nanny will be responsible for all child-related duties, including supporting the children’s daily routines, planning age-appropriate activities and outings, preparing simple meals and snacks, and ensuring a safe and positive environment where the children can thrive. The family also travels throughout the year, so flexibility to accompany them when needed is essential.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with 40 guaranteed hours per week.
Compensation: The position offers $28.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and a contribution to a 401(k).
