A lovely family based in Hampstead, NW3 is looking for an experienced and professional ROTA Nanny to care for their two young children, a newborn and a two-year-old. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a nurturing, organised nanny who is confident caring for children at different developmental stages. The role combines both shared care alongside the parents and sole charge responsibilities, including overnight care during your working rotation. The family is looking for someone who will provide a warm, stimulating environment while supporting the children’s routines, wellbeing, and early development.
Working on a 1 week on / 1 week off rotation, you will take responsibility for all child-related duties, including establishing and maintaining consistent routines, preparing healthy meals for the children, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, and supporting key developmental milestones. The ideal candidate will be proactive, calm under pressure, and confident managing both a newborn and an active toddler. Requirements:
Proven professional nanny experience, including newborn care.
Experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously.
Confident working in both shared care and sole charge settings.
Comfortable with overnight responsibility during working weeks.
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Able to manage all nursery duties, including children’s meal preparation, laundry, and organisation of children’s spaces.
Proactive, organised, and able to establish consistent daily routines.
Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional approach.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Outstanding references and a long-term commitment preferred.
