Alongside childcare, you’ll take care of child-related household tasks to help keep everything organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, loving care for a 1-year-old girl
Support developmental milestones through play-based learning and everyday interactions
Maintain consistent feeding, nap, and daily routines
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities both at home and in the community
Accompany the child to classes, activities, and appointments
Visit local parks, playgrounds, and other outdoor spaces to encourage exploration and social interaction
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
Handle the child’s laundry, dishes, and other child-related tasks
Keep the nursery, play areas, clothing, and belongings organized
Monitor baby supplies and household essentials related to the child, notifying parents when items need replenishing
Communicate regularly with parents regarding milestones, routines, and daily updates
Requirements:
Previous professional experience caring for toddlers
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Warm, energetic, and engaging personality
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable planning outings and transporting the child to activities
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent references from previous nanny positions
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Compensation: $40–$42 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus overtime
Benefits: Healthcare stipend, paid sick days, paid holidays, paid vacation, and mileage reimbursement when driving for work
