A growing family based in Malibu is seeking an experienced and proactive nanny to care for their 2-year-old child and support the family as they prepare to welcome a new baby. The ideal candidate will be confident supporting developmental milestones from newborn through toddlerhood, with a strong understanding of age-appropriate routines, activities, and early childhood development. Responsibilities include providing attentive daily care, planning engaging and educational activities, encouraging learning through play, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining a structured and nurturing environment. The family is looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive about establishing and maintaining routines, and adaptable as the children’s needs evolve over time. A valid passport is required, as the nanny will be expected to travel with the family when needed. The position is Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Compensation is $35–$40 gross per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
