A jet-setting family is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking travel nanny to care for their two young children, aged 3 years and 15 months. This is a full-time, live-in position supporting a stay-at-home mother and offers a unique opportunity to travel extensively throughout the year between Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Aspen, and Nashville. The family is looking for a professional nanny who is confident caring for toddlers and young children, understands child development, and enjoys creating structure, consistency, and fun wherever the family may be.
The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic, and highly adaptable, with a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow. The family values a nanny who can naturally incorporate Spanish into daily life while supporting developmental milestones, maintaining routines, and creating engaging experiences tailored to each child’s stage of development. Responsibilities:
Providing attentive care for two children, aged 3 years and 15 months
Speaking Spanish with the children to encourage natural language development
Supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play
Creating structure and maintaining consistent daily routines
Planning educational, creative, and engaging activities
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Organising outings, play opportunities, and enriching experiences
Maintaining tidy, organised children’s bedrooms, playrooms, and child-related spaces
Assisting with packing, unpacking, and organisation during travel
Working alongside a stay-at-home mother to provide seamless childcare support
Ensuring the children’s safety and wellbeing at home and while travelling
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish speaker
Previous experience caring for toddlers and young children
Valid driver’s licence and confident driving skills
Strong swimmer
Passport ready and comfortable with frequent travel
Professional, flexible, and highly organised
Experience in travel nanny roles preferred
