A busy family based in Riverside, Connecticut is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and organised full-time nanny to care for four children ranging from an infant to school-aged. This is a screen-free household with strong emphasis on structured routines, meaningful engagement, and active, hands-on childcare. The family also employs a full-time housekeeper and an additional full-time nanny, ensuring a well-structured and supportive household team environment. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple children at once, including infant care, while maintaining a calm, nurturing, and well-organised environment throughout the day. Responsibilities include full childcare coverage, coordinating school drop-offs and pick-ups, transporting children to and from extracurricular activities, planning age-appropriate and engaging daily activities, supporting homework and school projects, and maintaining consistent daily structure and routines. The role also includes full responsibility for all child-related household tasks such as preparing healthy meals for the children, managing children’s laundry and ironing, and keeping children’s spaces organised and functional. A confident and safe driver is essential, as the role involves regular driving. The family is looking for someone proactive, dependable, and experienced in juggling the needs of multiple children in a busy household. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, with a competitive salary of $130,000–$150,000 depending on experience.
