A family in San Mateo, California is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their two young children, ages 3 and 1. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing and engaging childcare professional with a background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) who enjoys supporting developmental growth through play, structure, and age-appropriate learning.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing the routines and developmental needs of both a toddler and a young preschooler while creating a safe, stimulating, and organized environment. Responsibilities include planning educational and engaging activities, supporting developmental milestones, preparing children’s meals and snacks, managing routines, and helping foster independence, creativity, and social development throughout the day.
Driving is required for this role, including transporting the children to activities, outings, or appointments as needed. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle and a clean driving record. The family is looking for someone dependable, proactive, and experienced with young children who can bring warmth, professionalism, and consistency into their home long-term.
The schedule is 4 days per week from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with an annual compensation package of approximately $100,000.
