A family in Alexandria, VA is seeking an experienced Night Newborn Care Specialist to support them with their baby due in June, alongside their 3-year-old child. This is a temporary position running from the beginning of July through mid-August. The schedule will be 3–4 nights per week, with 10–12 hour overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong newborn experience and be confident managing all aspects of overnight care, including feeding, soothing, diapering, and establishing healthy sleep routines, while ensuring a calm and restful environment for the family. Responsibilities focus primarily on the newborn, with occasional awareness of the older child if needed. The family is looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and able to step in seamlessly during the early weeks. This position is open to local DMV candidates only.
