A family in Rufford, West Lancashire (L40) is looking for a full-time nanny to care for their 3-year-old child with some additional needs. The role is focused on providing consistent, nurturing care and supporting the child’s development through structured routines, play-based learning, and engaging daily activities tailored to their stage of development.
While prior experience working with children with additional developmental needs can be helpful, it is not essential, as the family is open to someone caring, patient, and willing to learn. The nanny will help plan stimulating activities, encourage independence where appropriate, and support the child’s overall growth in a calm and supportive environment. The role may also involve occasional travel with the family, so flexibility is appreciated.
The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with an earlier finish on Fridays.
Salary is £18–£19 per hour depending on experience.
