A family in Rosemount, MN is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their newborn twins. Both parents work from home and are looking for a knowledgeable, dependable professional to provide consistent support Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with infants (twins experience strongly preferred) and a background in Early Childhood Education or familiarity with Montessori principles. This role is best suited for someone calm, attentive, and confident in managing the needs of two infants at once.
Responsibilities focus on all aspects of newborn care, including feeding, bottle preparation, diapering, and maintaining healthy sleep routines. The nanny will engage the babies in age-appropriate activities such as tummy time and sensory play, supporting early development in a thoughtful, responsive way. Maintaining a structured yet flexible routine will be key, along with keeping the children’s spaces clean and organized and assisting with light, child-related household tasks.
