A family in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Nanny with a strong background in infant care to support their baby’s daily routine and development. The ideal candidate will be attentive, reliable, and confident in maintaining structured feeding and sleep schedules, while providing a calm and nurturing environment. This role is best suited to someone who understands early developmental stages and can actively support growth through thoughtful, age-appropriate activities.
Responsibilities include all standard nanny duties such as feeding, soothing, diapering, and maintaining consistent routines, along with engaging the baby in developmental play that supports cognitive and motor skills. The nanny will work collaboratively with another full-time nanny to ensure seamless coverage and continuity of care, so strong communication and teamwork are essential.
The schedule will consist of 8–12 hour shifts with two days off per week, coordinated alongside the second nanny. The position offers up to $45 per hour, DOE.
