Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Certified Nanny in Austin, TX to provide exceptional care and structured support for one school-aged child. They are looking for a professional with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or extensive experience working with children who have behavioral or emotional support needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and skilled in implementing consistent strategies that promote positive behavior, independence, and emotional regulation.
Key responsibilities include providing individualized, developmentally appropriate care, supporting daily routines, and reinforcing therapeutic goals in collaboration with the child’s care plan. The nanny will use evidence-based ABA techniques to encourage positive behaviors, manage challenges effectively, and create a structured yet nurturing environment. Engagement in age-appropriate activities, homework support, and fostering social and communication skills will also be essential parts of the role.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering 40 hours per week.
Compensation up to $60 per hour
