Key Responsibilities
Newborn Care & Development
Provide attentive, professional, and nurturing care for a newborn
Establish and maintain healthy sleep routines and feeding schedules
Monitor developmental milestones and report observations to parents
Support early sensory, cognitive, and emotional development
Household & Team Collaboration
Work closely with household staff to ensure seamless care across multiple residences
Maintain organized nursery spaces and properly sanitized feeding equipment
Provide detailed daily updates to parents regarding sleep, feeding, and overall well-being
Travel & Flexibility
Accompany the family during domestic and international travel
Live-in accommodations provided during travel; live-out when in Philadelphia
Adapt to changing schedules while maintaining consistency in care
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a newborn nanny in high-profile or professional athlete households
Exceptional knowledge of newborn care, sleep training, and early development
CPR and Infant First Aid certified (current)
Discreet, professional, and accustomed to high-expectation environments
Flexible, travel-ready, and able to maintain routines across multiple residences
