ROTA Nanny – Dallas, TX | 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off |Local candidates only – This is not a live-in role.
A warm and dynamic family based in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to provide loving, developmentally focused care for their two young children. This is a structured 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule, ideal for professional career nannies who value both stability and extended time off.
The family is looking for a collaborative, proactive nanny who thrives in a team environment and enjoys partnering with another professional nanny. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset are essential, as the household values organization, consistency, and a shared approach to childcare.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for two children
Support structured daily routines, including sleep training and consistency
Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, painting projects, park outings, zoo trips, and playdates
Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence, with an appreciation for Montessori-style learning principles
Travel with the family domestically and internationally as needed
Assist with child-related organization, including meal preparation, children’s laundry, maintaining play areas, and light household support tasks such as grocery runs, unpacking, and assembling baby equipment
Work closely and collaboratively with the family’s second nanny to ensure seamless care
Ideal Candidate
Professional nanny with strong ROTA experience
Background in early childhood development or a related field preferred
Experience supporting structured routines and sleep training
Highly organized, reliable, and energetic
Comfortable with travel and adaptable to changing schedules
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

ROTA schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Working hours during rotation: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Compensation and Benefits
$30–35+ per hour depending on experience
Performance-based bonus
$500 monthly health reimbursement
