A family in Hockessin, Delaware is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their three school-aged children. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and energetic, with experience supporting school routines and extracurricular activities. Responsibilities include assisting with morning routines, driving the children to school and activities, supervising homework, preparing light meals and snacks, tidying children’s rooms, and managing their laundry. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, as the family will provide a car for work-related travel. The role also requires flexibility to accommodate the mother’s variable schedule, with three full workdays each week from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and occasional opportunities to travel with the family to their secondary home in Ocean City. This is a hands-on, family-oriented position ideal for a nanny who enjoys nurturing and supporting children while maintaining structure, consistency, and organization. Compensation ranges from $40–$45 per hour DOE.
