Russian-Speaking Nanny – Dallas, TX
A dynamic family in Dallas, Texas is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking nanny to join their collaborative nanny team supporting four children ranging from infancy to school age. The two oldest children attend school, the preschooler attends during the day, and the infant remains at home.
This role places a strong emphasis on bilingual language development, as the mother is a native Russian speaker and bilingualism is a top priority for the family. Candidates must speak Russian fluently to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for children ages 4 months to 8 years
Speak Russian consistently with the children to support language acquisition
Collaborate with a team of nannies to ensure smooth daily coverage
Assist with after-school routines, meals, play, and bedtime preparation
Support infant care routines during shifts that include the baby
Plan age-appropriate activities, play, and enrichment
Travel domestically and internationally with the family, providing continuity of care
Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Ideal Candidate
Fluent Russian speaker (required)
Proven experience caring for infants through school-aged children
Comfortable working within a team-based nanny structure
Flexible, professional, and travel-ready
Holds a valid passport
Open to relocation or already based in the Dallas area
Compensation & Benefits
$38–$40 per hour, guaranteed 40 hours per week
All travel expenses covered, including private bedroom and bathroom accommodations
