Montessori Nanny – Full-Time, Tampa, FL
A professional family in Tampa, Florida is seeking an experienced Montessori Nanny to support the care and development of their three young children, ages 4, 3, and 1. The household already employs other nannies, so the ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who can partner with the family and household staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurturing, proactive, and knowledgeable caregiver to promote independence, learning, and creativity using Montessori principles, while maintaining a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for all three children
Encourage independence, critical thinking, and respectful behavior using Montessori-inspired methods
Engage children in interactive, educational, and imaginative play
Support daily routines, including meals, naps, hygiene, and bedtime
Assist with potty training and establish age-appropriate sleep routines
Maintain children’s spaces, including bedrooms, playrooms, and closets
Partner closely with the mother and household team to maintain consistency and structure
Set and maintain positive boundaries while promoting a nurturing environment
Support outings, activities, and occasional travel as needed
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year (DOE)
Schedule: 5 days per week, core daytime hours with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or extended days as needed
