We are seeking a dedicated live-in Nanny/Educator near Steamboat Springs, CO, to provide full-time care and homeschool support for a 6-year-old homeschooled son. This role is ideal for a career-focused nanny who excels at balancing structured learning, high-energy outdoor engagement, and child-centered development. Responsibilities include providing developmentally appropriate care, leading approximately three hours of homeschool instruction daily using established curricula, supporting learning through play, nature, and lifestyle-based education, preparing meals and tidying child-related areas, driving to activities in the family vehicle, maintaining daily routines and consistent boundaries, collaborating closely with parents on education, health, and routines, and traveling with the family as needed. The position includes private on-property housing, runs Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, and offers competitive pay at $40–45/hour plus benefits.
