A high-profile family in Sutton Coldfield, near Birmingham, is seeking an experienced, professional rota nanny to care for their four young children, aged 1, 3, and 5, with a newborn expected in March.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will provide nurturing, attentive care to the children, supporting their development and daily routines. During the initial months, the mother will care for the newborn, allowing the nanny to focus on the older children.
Responsibilities:
Care for children aged 1, 3, and 5, including meals, activities, play, and routines
Support children’s development through educational and age-appropriate activities
Occasional travel with the family as required
Liaise closely with parents regarding children’s needs and daily schedules
Additional Information:
A cook and housekeeper are employed; minimal cooking or household duties required
Professionalism, discretion, and reliability are essential
Experience with young children, especially in high-profile households, is highly desirable
Travel: Some travel expected
Driving: Full clean driving license required; a nanny car is provided
Accommodation: Own room with en suite
Hours: Approximately 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 7 days on / 7 days off
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 gross per annum
