We are seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist in Hamden, CT to provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn in a supportive family environment. Responsibilities include supporting age-appropriate developmental activities and milestones; bottle preparation, feeding, naps, diapering, and soothing; engaging the baby through outdoor walks, music, playtime, and interactive engagement; and maintaining a clean, safe environment for the baby. This is a part-time position, Monday–Friday from 12:00 PM–6:00 PM, running January through August 2026, offering $30 per hour. This role is open to local candidates only who have newborn experience and a calm, reliable, and developmentally focused caregiving approach.
