UHNW client, currently based in Europe, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Nanny/Governess for their active and cheerful toddler. The role will require both domestic care in Dubai and extensive travel across Europe. Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-time, high-quality childcare for the toddler, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.
Lead and engage the child in age-appropriate, developmental, and educational activities.
Develop and implement a structured daily routine that encourages learning, creativity, and positive behavior.
Foster a nurturing environment that supports emotional regulation and social skills development.
Support the child’s early education, with an understanding of Waldorf, Steiner, or Montessori principles.
Communicate regularly with the family on the child’s progress, milestones, and needs.
Coordinate with other household staff, ensuring a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Candidate Requirements:
EU or British passport required (due to travel).
Clear, neutral English accent preferably British English
Norland-trained or equivalent formal childcare qualifications.
Proven experience in an educational or nursery setting with strong understanding of child development.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably with UHNW families or in educational settings).
In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices (Waldorf, Steiner, Montessori).
Ability to lead and engage in educational, developmental activities for toddlers.
Comfortable working as part of a team, with other staff members.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
