Family in Muttontown, Long Island is seeking a nurturing, experienced Night Baby Nurse to provide overnight care for their newborn, expected between January 25 and February 6. This temporary position will run through early June. The ideal candidate will have extensive newborn experience, a calm demeanor, and the ability to support parents through the early months of their baby’s routine and development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive and nurturing overnight newborn care
Feed, change, soothe, and settle the baby throughout the night
Establish and support healthy sleep routines
Maintain the baby’s sleep environment, ensuring safety and cleanliness
Track feeding, sleep, and diaper schedules as requested
Prepare and clean bottles; manage baby-related laundry if needed
Offer guidance to parents on newborn care, sleep patterns, and routine building
Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts
Compensation: $350 – $450 per night
