Highly experienced Nanny needed to support a household in Palm Beach, FL with regular travel to the Northshore Suburbs of Chicago, IL. The parents are very hands-on, involved, and deeply committed to providing a calm, safe, and enriching environment for their children. Their home is peaceful, organized, and structured, and they are seeking a nanny who thrives in a respectful, team-oriented environment. This is a long-term opportunity caring for 1–2 children.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Development
Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally informed care for infants and young children
Support feeding, diapering, naptime routines, and sleep schedules
Create and lead age-appropriate, educational, and engaging activities
Plan outings such as library visits, story time, parks, nature walks, and enrichment activities
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment at all times
Household & Family Support
Child-related laundry, dishes, and maintaining tidy common areas and children’s spaces
Running errands, grocery shopping, and basic household support as needed
Travel with the family for extended periods, including throughout the summer
Communicate professionally and clearly with parents and the household team
Collaborate with other staff and work seamlessly within a team
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexibility required for evenings & weekends)
Compensation: $45+ per hour
Palm Beach local candidates only; must be able to travel several weeks at a time, including most summer months
