We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Newborn Care Specialist to provide round-the-clock support for our newborn during the first three months. This live-in position is ideal for someone with extensive infant care experience and a calm, nurturing presence. The specialist will work closely with the parents to create a smooth, healthy, and restful postpartum environment while supporting the baby’s development and routine.
Responsibilities
Care and engagement of the baby including but not limited to sleep, feeding, and routine management.
Light housekeeping related to the baby, which will include keeping baby’s spaces organized, clean, and tidy and sanitizing any toys or feeding items including bottles, pump parts, etc.
Communicating with the parents about milestones, activities, temperament, and needs and collaborating with them on care.
Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
Provide professional guidance as it pertains to baby care while respecting the family’s personal preferences
Encourage healthy sleep habits and follow safe sleep guidelines

Location: Scarsdale, NY
Schedule: 24/7 coverage with appropriate rest and sleep breaks arranged collaboratively
Compensation: $30-40/hr DOE
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
