Family in Nottingham is seeking a full time Nanny to care for 4 children, 18 months old, 2,5 years old, 3,5 years old and 8 years old. The role involves caring for children at different stages of development, supporting their routines, assisting with meal times, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. All children attend part-time nursery/preschool, and the eldest is in school, so you will not have all four children at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
– Providing full care for the younger children during nursery hours and after pick-ups
– Supporting morning and afternoon routines, including breakfast, school/nursery drop-offs and collections
– Planning age-appropriate, engaging activities for each child (indoor and outdoor)
– Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
– Assisting with children’s laundry, organising their rooms and play areas, and keeping children’s spaces tidy
– Following family routines, boundaries, and expectations
– Providing a calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment
– Supporting developmental milestones and encouraging independence
– Communicating clearly with parents regarding daily activities, routines, and any concerns
– Occasional light household support related to the children (no heavy housekeeping)
Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday (from 7 am to 7 pm). Can be live in or live out.
Salary up to £65,000 gross per annum
