Family in Midtown Atlanta is seeking an experienced and energetic full-time nanny to provide attentive care for their 16-month-old son. The ideal candidate has a background in early childhood education, Montessori, or Waldorf teaching methods.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, loving care for a 16-month-old child throughout the day
Plan and lead age-appropriate developmental and educational activities
Encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning through play, reading, and exploration
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the child
Maintain a clean, organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime
Support the child’s emotional and social growth through positive reinforcement and structure
Assist with light household duties related to childcare (laundry, toy organization, meal prep)
Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding daily routines, milestones, and updates
Schedule is Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and pay is $35-$40/hr DOE.
