A private family in Vienna, Virginia is seeking an experienced, Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking nanny to care for their 1-year-old toddler. This is an exciting opportunity for a career nanny with 7–10 years of professional experience in early childhood care, who is passionate about fostering a safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care for a 1-year-old, supporting daily routines and developmental milestones

Plan and engage in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and outings

Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child

Handle child-related housekeeping, including laundry, tidying toys, and organizing the child’s belongings

Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s development, routines, and daily activities

Occasionally provide evening support as needed
Requirements:

Minimum 7–10 years of professional nanny experience caring for toddlers

Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese

Knowledgeable in early childhood development and best practices

Energetic, patient, and proactive

Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule & Compensation:

Monday to Friday, core hours: 7:00 am–3:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:00 pm

Occasional evening availability may be requested

Guaranteed 40 hours/week
