A warm and active family in Half Moon Bay, California is seeking a full-time nanny to help care for their three children, ages 1, 2.5, and 4.5 years old. The oldest child attends Transitional Kindergarten until 2:30 PM, and the middle child is in preschool until 3:00 PM, while the 1-year-old is home full-time. This role is ideal for an experienced nanny who enjoys working with multiple young children and can create a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports their development and daily routines.
Responsibilities include driving the children to and from school and extracurricular activities, planning fun and age-appropriate activities and outings, and supporting the children’s daily routines. The nanny will also assist with preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children, managing children’s laundry, and light tidying of play areas and child-related spaces. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and proactive, with strong experience in early childhood care and development and the ability to confidently manage busy schedules for young children.
The family enjoys spending time at their cabin in Lake Tahoe and is looking for a nanny who is flexible and happy to travel during the week, where the nanny will have a Privé bedroom and bathroom. The family also travels domestically several times per year and would love a nanny who is comfortable joining them when needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and salary is $40–$45 per hour depending on experience.
