Early years Teacher, Montessori or Waldorf teacher needed part time (4 hours per day, 5 days pers week) for a 3-year-old boy in a private, home-based learning environment. The aim is to support his social, emotional, and cognitive development while encouraging his natural curiosity through playful, child-led learning.
The role is based in Sharjah
The family are looking for a teacher who embraces child-centred educational methods, values creative free play, and can integrate structured, engaging learning into his daily routine.
Key Responsibilities
• plan and implement an age-appropriate curriculum (language, numbers, creativity, motor skills, music, and nature exploration)
• Create a loving, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Encourage independence, good manners, and practical life skills
• Organise creative and active play activities (arts & crafts, music, sports, outdoor walks)
• Plan educational outings and hands-on learning experiences outside the home
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (Montessori/Waldorf preferred) or equivalent
• Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children
• Fluent English; (Arabic or other languages are an advantage)
