A family in McLean, VA is seeking a Spanish-speaking nanny to care for their two daughters, ages 4 and 5. The ideal candidate will have a background in Early Childhood Education or Montessori and a strong understanding of early developmental milestones. Key responsibilities include supporting morning and afternoon routines, school drop-offs and pick-ups, and planning developmentally appropriate activities with a strong emphasis on Spanish language immersion. The role also involves providing light, child-related household support such as preparing simple meals and snacks, maintaining organized play and learning spaces, and encouraging independence through consistent routines and positive reinforcement.
This is a full-time, long-term position with 40 hours per week. The schedule runs Monday through Friday on a split shift between 7:30am and 7:00pm.
