Family in Sands Point is looking for a full-time, live-out nanny to care for their three daughters and support the overall flow of their home. Mom is very involved and stays home full-time, so they are seeking someone who is collaborative, observant, and respectful of boundaries, while taking initiative and easing the day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
Full care for 1-year-old and support with 3- and 5-year-olds, especially after school
3-year-old attends school 5 days/week
Actively engage children in age-appropriate play and activities
Prepare simple meals/snacks for children and help with basic household meals
Light housekeeping: tidying shared spaces, putting away clothes and toys, household dishes, laundry, emptying garbage, and similar tasks
Must be comfortable working in a home where mom is present and actively involved
Understand social cues and when to offer space or step in to help
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (50 hours/week)
Compensation: $25-30/hour
