We’re seeking an experienced, dependable and compassionate Night Nanny for a first time family expecting in May. The Night Nanny will provide overnight care for the infant in their home. The ideal candidate will ensure the child’s comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the night while offering support to parents.
Responsibilities:
– Provide attentive overnight care, including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing the child as needed
– Monitor the child’s health and respond appropriately to any concerns that arise during the night
– Maintain a calm and nurturing environment for the child.
– Keep a detailed log of the child’s overnight activities, including feedings, diaper changes, and sleep patterns.
– Offer guidance and reassurance to parents regarding nighttime infant care.
– Light housekeeping tasks related to the child, such as bottle cleaning, laundry and nursery tidying.
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Mon, Wed, Fri, & Sat as a 6 month contract assignment
Starting Salary: $25-27 per hour DOE
