A family in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified and experienced Montessori or Early Years Nanny to care for their newborn. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the Middle East and a good understanding of local customs, alongside a strong background in early childhood development and Montessori principles.
Responsibilities include all aspects of the baby’s daily care, from bottle preparation and sterilisation to supporting weaning, planning and preparing meals, and guiding developmental milestones through a thoughtful, age-appropriate approach. The role requires someone nurturing, organised, and confident working in a structured household, with flexibility to travel with the family as needed.
This is a full-time position working 6 days per week, with separate accommodation provided.
Tax free salary of 20,000–25,000 AED per month depending on experience.
This position is open to overseas candidates, with relocation support considered for the right applicant.
