A high-profile family based in Norfolk, CT (Litchfield County) is seeking an experienced and professional Full-Time ROTA Nanny to care for their two children, ages 6 and 2. This role is ideal for a highly organized and discreet childcare professional who can confidently manage daily routines, plan engaging and age-appropriate activities, support early childhood development, and ensure the children’s overall wellbeing. Responsibilities include overseeing educational play, assisting with routines, coordinating activities, and maintaining a calm and positive household dynamic, with occasional travel to the family’s city residence and international travel required. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and polished, with excellent childcare experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-profile environment.
Schedule: ROTA position, two weeks on/two weeks off, Monday to Sunday, 8:00am – 8:00pm during working weeks.
Pay: $85,000–$100,000 gross per year DOE.
