Family in Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego, CA is looking for a ROTA Nanny /Family Assistant to join their team of support staff! The family has an 11 year old girl, and nine year old twins boys who are all in school full-time. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detailed oriented, takes initiative, and has administrative skills. Excellent nutritious cooking skills are a must. Strong communication skills are a must. The family would also like for the nanny to travel with them an average of three times per year for family vacations. Longevity is important as they are looking for someone able to commit for at least two years.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: childcare, school pick up and drop off, grocery shopping, running errands, children’s laundry, buying children’s clothing, packing/unpacking for travel, daily tidying, arranging play dates, booking and arranging travel accommodations, scheduling appointments, making reservations, managing the children’s schedule, taking household inventory, and more. Nanny will be responsible for communicating with teachers and managing the children’s schooling via the student portal. Basic computer skills are a must. A luxury SUV is provided.
This will be a live in/live out rotating schedule. You will live in and work Wednesday 12:00pm to Wednesday 12:00pm on your working week and live out on your week off. Candidates must work holidays that fall on work weeks. Accommodations include a private bedroom and bathroom.
They are offering $90k+ DOE, health insurance, paid vacation, and 5 sick days. Candidate must be comfortable driving the provided SUV. Candidate must be CPR & First Aid Certified, Trustline Certified, and a clean DMV record. A minimum of 5+ years of experience is required.
