A UHNW client in Austin is looking for a lead nanny to manage a small team of childcare providers. Your main responsibility will be managing a team of full time and part time nannies. The family has three kids in the age range 10-4. You must be tech-savvy and able to manage busy schedules. We are looking for someone who is calm, a team player, and who is flexible to jump in with childcare duties if a nanny is sick or on vacation. The family does have a second home in the Caribbean and you may be asked to travel to Caribbean a few times a year. Typical schedule is M-F, 40 hours per week. You should have a valid TX driver’s license. College degree preferred. Salary DOE, $80-90,000 plus discretionary bonus and medical insurance and PTO.
