Family based in Montana is looking for a full-time nanny familiar with philosophies similar to Dr. Becky Kennedy’s parenting style, to care for their two daughters aged 3 years old and 19 months old. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, preschool teaching, or a similar field and will be able to create a structured routine with a mix of learning, creative play, and outdoor activities, while also maintaining discipline in a nurturing, mindful way.
Responsibilities include light household duties related to the children, such as meal prep, cleaning up after activities, and maintaining an organized play environment.
The position is part time (25-30 hours per week) and pay is $35/hr gross.
