Responsibilities include all aspects of baby care such as feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining a gentle, consistent daily rhythm, along with supporting early development through age-appropriate play and interaction. The role also includes daily walks and outdoor time, helping the baby explore and stay engaged in a calm and nurturing way, as well as light baby-related tasks such as tidying play areas and keeping essentials organized. The family is looking for someone warm, attentive, and experienced with infants who can create a structured yet flexible routine. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 1pm. Pay starts at $25+/hr depending on experience.
