Live-in Nanny needed in North Caldwell, NJ. The family has three young children: a 2.5-year-old boy and 5-month-old twins (a boy and a girl). The primary responsibility will be caring for the twins. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infant and toddler care. The schedule for the twins will be from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility. An additional nanny arrives after 9:30 am to care for the 2.5-year-old. Duties include full care of the infants, including bottles every 3-4 hours, and engaging them with age-appropriate activities during wake windows. During naptime, the role includes light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Collaboration and teamwork with the other nanny are essential to ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient days.
Private living accommodations will be provided. If needed, access to the family car for use during work hours will be provided; a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. The start date is ASAP. Pay is $25+, commensurate with experience, gross pay via payroll.
