A private family in the Austin area is seeking an experienced Night Nanny/NCS to provide consistent overnight care for their infant. This position is part of a fully staffed, well-organized household with long-tenured childcare professionals already in place.
The Night Nanny will focus on all aspects of overnight infant care, including monitoring sleep patterns, handling wake-ups and feedings, soothing, maintaining the nursery, and ensuring a smooth transition to the daytime team each morning. Strong communication and the ability to follow established routines are essential.
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10pm–6am (with flexibility)
Compensation: Hourly DOE
