Seeking an engaging Nanny for a loving family in Scotch Plains, NJ, to care for B3. Care is needed Monday through Friday 8am-6pm, beginning 7/15/24.
Responsibilities:
-All daily care tasks related to B3 including bathing
-Transportation to/from school and activities
-Developmental Milestone Activities
-Potty-training
– Outdoor time, crafts, engaging/imaginary play
– B3’s Laundry
– Nutritious Meal Preparation
-Keeping common areas tidy from B3
-Collaboration with PT/OT therapists at home
-Tracking groceries needed for B3’s meal preparation
Family/Household Notes:
– B3 has developmental delays and works with a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist in the home
-B3 is enrolled in summer camp three days per week from 9 am-12 pm and will have Pre-K in the fall from 8:20 am-11:20 am, five days a week
-Family encourages a gentle approach, independence with supervision, and being loving-but firm on boundaries.
-Parents have hybrid work schedules.

-Experienced in cooking a variety of nutritious children’s meals.
-Flexibility in schedule is appreciated in case the work day runs long from time to time.
-Special Ed experience, a plus
-Refrains from phone-use and screen-time for B3.
– Willing to drop off, pick up B3 from camp, preschool.

Requirements:
– 3+ years of toddler experience
– Eligible to work in the US
– Reliable transportation
– Clean driving record and criminal background
– Fluent English
– CPR/First Aid Certified
– Up to date on vaccinations
