Family in Rocky River, OH (Cleveland) is seeking a career nanny to care for their 4-year-old daughter & 2-year-old son. They are seeking a long-term, professional nanny who is exceptionally caring and patient and ensures consistent communication and alignment with the entire family. Reliability and consistency are essential in this role. Ideal candidates will have a proactive “see a need, fill a need” mindset, be neat and organized, and value open and honest communication, constructive dialogue, and collaboration. Additionally, they will excel in teaching their children manners and working with them to achieve developmental milestones in a fun and age-appropriate manner and bring warmth, energy, a playful spirit, and a kind heart into this wonderful family’s life.
You’ll be responsible for all child-related tasks including planning engaging and age-appropriate activities to places like the zoo, libraries, and museums, child-related transportation, preparing healthy meals and snacks, tending to children’s laundry, and documenting daily feeding, sleeping, and diapering routines. Additionally, you’ll help with occasional errands and writing grocery lists.
Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility to occasionally come in earlier but also leave earlier will be appreciated.
Compensation is $25-$30/hour DOE
