A family in Glendale, California is seeking an experienced and energetic full-time nanny to join their professional caregiving team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside another nanny in a fully staffed household, meaning you will never be responsible for all three children at once. Care will be focused on either the infant, the preschooler, or the 7-year-old, depending on the day’s needs.
This role is ideal for a confident, safety-conscious nanny who enjoys active days, outdoor play, and supporting children’s emotional and developmental growth. The family values teamwork, clear communication, and a warm, nurturing approach to childcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for one child at a time
- Engage children in outdoor activities and active play, supporting physical development
- Encourage emotional wellbeing and support age-appropriate developmental milestones
- Safely drive children to and from activities, classes, and outings as needed
- Assist with child-related tasks including light meal preparation, tidying play areas, and organizing activities
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and the nanny team to ensure consistency of care
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 12-hour shifts (4 days per week)
- Pay: $40+ per hour, depending on experience
