UHNW family in HOUSTON, TX is looking for a full-time live-out long-term Nanny to take care of their 8-month-old son and 9-year-old daughter and the primary care will be for the 8-month-old child.
Safety is paramount in this role, and the nanny will be responsible for all baby-related tasks, including diaper changes, meal preparation, feeding, tidying up after the baby, and engaging in play. The family has a full-time housekeeper who will manage the household chores. The nanny will also be responsible for handling drop-offs and pick-ups for their daughter, and a staff vehicle will be provided. The family is looking for someone with experience and education in child development.
The family needs someone who can work a fluid schedule; someone who is completely flexible and can adapt to any situation. The schedule is still to be determined, but the family needs someone between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM, guaranteeing 40 hours a week over a seven-day period. You are guaranteed two days off each week, but they will not always be consecutive! Thus, the nanny must be willing to work on weekends and holidays if required (double pay compensation for holidays worked).
The family requires the nanny to sign an NDA, and being bilingual in English and Spanish would be an added advantage.
Salary based on experience. Additional benefits are negotiable.
