A family in Foster City, CA is seeking an experienced nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby. The ideal candidate is kind, engaging, and experienced with young infants, bringing knowledge of early developmental milestones and a nurturing approach to support the baby’s growth, learning, and overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities include full child care such as feeding, diapering, bottle preparation, and helping with sleep and daily routines. The nanny will also assist with developmental transitions, including introducing solids, supporting new milestones, and maintaining a structured schedule tailored to the baby’s needs. Additional duties include children’s laundry, light tidying of the nursery and play areas, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for the infant.
The family works remotely from home, so the nanny must be comfortable with parents being nearby while maintaining autonomy in caring for the child. Strong communication and collaboration with the parents are essential to ensure consistency in routines and developmental support while providing attentive, hands-on care.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Compensation: $35 per hour.
