Professional, Loving, and Positive Full-time Nanny/Family Assistant Needed in San Francisco!
Location: San Francisco
Compensation: $35-$45/hour commensurate with experience plus a healthcare stipend, 401k matching, paid sick days, holidays, and vacation days, and a family vehicle to use or mileage reimbursement at the IRS mileage rate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday and 35-50 hours per week; the family is flexible but the schedule would likely be around a 9/10 am to 5/6 pm. An October/November start date is preferred, but they are also open to a December/January start date.

Their home is a single-family house with multiple floors and a garage spot for the nanny, offering a warm, respectful, and welcoming environment. The family works a hybrid schedule, keeping to themselves when they are working from home.
The family enjoys quality time together, often engaging in cooking as a unit.
Their child attends school during the day and is self-sufficient, calm, and loving, enjoying a variety of activities, including going to the park, scootering, swimming, tennis, and martial arts, playing with cars, trucks, legos, and puzzles.

Duties:
All childcare related duties, school pick-up, preparing for and driving to after-school activities, grocery shopping, proactively managing daily necessities, running errands, light housekeeping, child’s laundry, meal preparation, ensuring the lunchbox is cleaned and ready, and tending to household plants.
Providing a loving and enriching environment for their child and engaging the child with educationally-based and stimulating pursuits.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of paid, professional childcare/family assistant experience that occurred over the age of 18 (not for family or friends) with excellent references
Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and a strong driving record
Can make at least a one-year commitment
Covid vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) and the annual flu shot
Legal work authorization in the U.S.
