Full-time Playful and Active Nanny Needed in Menlo Park!
Location: Menlo Park, 94025
Compensation: $35-$40/hour commensurate with experience plus overtime, paid holidays, vacation time, and sick days
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:45 am to 3:45 pm. The family has some slight flexibility with start and end times on Mondays and Fridays.

An amazing family seeks a full-time nanny for their adorable 8-month-old and 4-year-old.
Both children are social, high-energy, and enjoy engaging activities.
The 8-month-old is delightfully active and particularly captivated by his older sibling.
Their 4-year-old is interactive, affectionate, enjoys puzzles, alphabet, and adores outdoor play. He attends preschool part-time.
They are looking for an immediate or mid-January start. They would love to work with someone long term and who can grow with their family.
They maintain a COVID-conscious home.
They are located in a walkable neighborhood with a spacious home and a large backyard for outdoor fun. The family enjoys outdoor adventures and neighborhood strolls.
Ideal Candidate:
They are seeking an energetic, proactive nanny with experience caring for playful children. Someone who is comfortable and enjoys planning the day with fun and engaging activities.
Familiarity with child-led activities and managing speech challenges is a plus.
The parents follow a gentle parenting-approach so someone who aligns with that approach would be appreciated.
One of their little ones has a severe allergy to cats so they cannot work with anyone who owns or is frequently around a cat.
Duties:
Anything related to the children such as meal/snack preparation for the children, keeping inventory of children’s items like diapers and wipes, light tidying up/organizing related to the children, bottle preparation, and children’s laundry and dishes.
Encourage outdoor activities, park visits, and fun adventures.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of paid, professional childcare experience that occurred over the age of 18 (not for family or friends) with excellent references
Can make at least a one-year commitment
Current or willing to complete current Covid and flu vaccines
Valid driver’s license and a strong driving record
Legal work authorization in the U.S.
English fluency
