A family residing in Indianapolis, USA, is in search of a highly educated and experienced Early Years specialist to join their household and team. The family lives in a fully-staffed house and already employs nannies and a manny to care for their three children aged 4, 2, and 7 months. No caregiving duties are expected from the specialist.
The candidate will be expected to monitor and develop the children’s academic progress, nurturing their skills and building a curriculum for their educational development together with the parents. Discipline, if required, should be through learning. The candidate should also work with the children on etiquette – social, dining, and behavioural.
The family emphasizes the need for the candidate to be highly educated and a genuine expert in their field, specifically in early childhood development and education.
The candidate should have a driver’s licence and be able to organise their own (reliable) transportation to work. Punctuality is key.
Conditions :
Long-term contract
5 days per week, 8 hours per day (flexibility required)

Salary up to $10,000 per month
All 11 federal holidays paid, plus 3 personal days and 5 sick days
