Our client located in Metairie, LA 70005 is seeking a dedicated Full Time Nanny/House Manager for a busy family with four young children (ages 7, 5, and two 3-year-olds) and growing. Experience caring for multiple children, including young ones is required. Must be an excellent driver with reliable transportation for driving children to activities. Looking for a “rockstar” nanny to be a part of the family long-term. Ideal candidates can multitask and assist with day-to-day household management while providing excellent care for the children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide loving and structured care for the children
- Manage daily routines: pick-up/drop-off, bath time, bedtime routine, and driving to extracurricular activities.
- Help with light meal preparation and serve meals to the children.
- Assist with light household tasks such as children’s laundry and keeping their play areas tidy.
- Limit screen time and engage children in creative and educational activities, such as reading, games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment—there’s a pool in the backyard, so swimming supervision is important.
- Be a team player in managing the household’s daily functions.
- Occasionally assist with family pets
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
Pay: $25-$27 per hour
